By accessing or using the BlimpPay mobile app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the App

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• Prohibited Uses: You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Payment Services

BlimpPay enables seamless, fast, reliable, and secure in-app payments and external withdrawals across platforms. By using our payment services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Withdrawal to other banks attracts a charge of 0.5% of the withdrawn amount plus 50 naira.

NOTE: However inapp transfer is free i.e transfer within the app (Transfer between users is free).

4. User Content

• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit through the app.
• License to BlimpPay: By submitting content, you grant BlimpPay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the service.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the app and website, including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to BlimpPay.

6. Disclaimers

• No Warranty: The app and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• Limitation of Liability: BlimpPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app or website.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the app at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction].
